American Air Filter Co., Inc. (dba AAF International), a global air filtration leader and subsidiary of Daikin Industries, has acquired National Air Filter Service Company of New Jersey, a long-established full-service air filtration management firm. The change in ownership was effective August 29, 2022 and is intended to strengthen AAF's service capabilities and continuity for customers and vendors.

Saothair Capital Partners Acquires AAI (to be Renamed Air Products and Controls)

Saothair Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of AAI from Halma Holdings Inc.; following the transaction AAI will be renamed Air Products and Controls (APC). Headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan, AAI designs and manufactures fire and life-safety detection devices (wireless smoke, heat and CO detectors) sold to residential security OEMs, HVAC and fire-system OEMs, and commercial distributors.

AIR Control Concepts Acquires Force Equipment HVAC

AIR Control Concepts, a Norfolk, Virginia–headquartered commercial HVAC platform, has acquired Force Equipment HVAC, a nine-year-old commercial HVAC manufacturers' representative based in Elkhorn, Nebraska. The add-on expands AIR's Midwest footprint—bringing additional sales, service and parts support to Nebraska customers while providing Force's team access to AIR's broader resources and network.

Rensa Filtration Acquires Air Filtration Co., Inc.

Rensa Filtration, a PE-backed manufacturer and distributor of air filtration products, has acquired Air Filtration Co., Inc., a family-owned maker and distributor of spray booth and industrial air filters with production facilities in Lancaster, California and Corydon, Iowa. The deal expands Rensa's geographic footprint in California and Iowa and adds Air Filtration Co.'s spray booth filtration product line to Rensa's portfolio.

Nation Wide Products Acquires RV Air

Westlake Securities served as exclusive financial advisor to Nation Wide; the deal expands Nation Wide's national retail footprint and adds HVAC accessory product capabilities to its portfolio.
