The Arotech Corporation's Advanced Electronics Division (AED) has acquired Advance Circuit Technology (ACT), a privately held printed circuit board and microelectronic assemblies company based in Rochester, New York. The acquisition expands AED's electronics manufacturing service capabilities and operational capacity to support growing demand from defense, communications, and medical customers; Greenwich Capital Group (GCG) served as advisor to Arotech on the transaction.
