Cloud Equity Group completed the acquisition of all hosting companies owned by Conseev on July 14, 2020, adding 11 hosting brands to its portfolio. The Conseev hosting companies will continue to be led by their existing management teams as Cloud Equity Group pursues scale and international growth in the web hosting and cloud infrastructure sector.

The deal expands KnownHost's hosting footprint and customer base while providing an exit/realization for Cloud Equity Group.

VPS Net is an international virtualization and bare-metal cloud hosting provider (including brands such as Virpus) and the deal is intended to expand Homepage Universe's virtualization capabilities across multiple technology stacks and geographies. Terms were not disclosed.
