Hearst/ Homecare Homebase Acquires CellTrak from Boathouse Capital

Hearst (through its Hearst Health business) has acquired CellTrak from Boathouse Capital, with CellTrak becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Hearst Health company Homecare Homebase. Boathouse Capital — which led a growth financing in 2017 — exited the investment; CellTrak's CEO Dan Wacker will continue as general manager as the companies integrate to expand home-based care workflow and documentation capabilities.
