SCAN Group acquired The Residentialist Group (TRG) and merged TRG with its HealthCHEC in-home program to form Homebase Medical. The deal—SCAN's first-ever external acquisition—expands SCAN's in-home clinical delivery capabilities to provide palliative care, chronic disease management, and care transition services for seniors and Medicare Advantage members.
