Applus+ has acquired the entire share capital of QPS Evaluation Services Inc. from the company's founding partners. QPS is a Canada-headquartered product certification and testing specialist (133 employees; 2019 revenue ~€16m) that expands Applus+'s Laboratories division capabilities in electrical/electronics and hazardous-location product certification and broadens its North American and global footprint.
