Amber EquityCo S.L.U., a vehicle formed and jointly controlled by TDR Capital and funds advised by I Squared Capital, has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Applus Services, S.A. Applus is a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification (TIC), operating in 70+ countries with more than 26,000 employees and serving energy, automotive, aerospace and industrial markets.
