Howden, headquartered in Glasgow, United Kingdom, is a global manufacturer and service provider of mission-critical air and gas handling equipment with more than 5,300 employees and a presence in 32 countries. KPS said it will support Howden's transformation and growth through investments in R&D, technology and strategic acquisitions.
