Wasserman Acquires CSM Sport & Entertainment

Wasserman has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire CSM Sport & Entertainment from parent Chime Communications, with the deal expected to close in the third quarter of 2023. The acquisition brings CSM’s clients — including the Alpine Formula One team — into Wasserman’s global roster; Providence Equity Partners is a common shareholder of both parties.
