Hilo generated approximately $50 million in revenue and $3.0 million of Adjusted EBITDA in FY2019; the acquisition expands Alta's footprint in the northeastern United States and strengthens its OEM partnerships and service capabilities.

The deal — expected to close in Q4 2023 — expands Alta's presence in the Chicago market, adds rental fleet capacity and OEM relationships, and preserves Burris's brand while the selling owners retire.

The acquisition expands Alta's footprint to 39 locations across 10 states; Ambrose generated approximately $35 million of revenue and $3.1 million of adjusted EBITDA on a trailing-twelve-month basis. The asset purchase is expected to close before year-end, with terms to be disclosed upon closing.
