Priority Ambulance Acquires Trans Am Ambulance Services (Olean, NY)

Priority Ambulance announced it will purchase Trans Am Ambulance Services, Inc., subject to New York State Department of Health and NY Department of Transportation approvals. The acquisition adds Trans Am’s emergency and nonemergency medical transport operations in and around Olean, New York to Priority’s national ambulance network; Trans Am’s existing management (including Todd and Anna Reisner) will remain in place.
