The acquisition expands Flexera’s software monetization portfolio by adding usage and compliance analytics capabilities to help software vendors better understand product usage, drive pricing and roadmap decisions, and generate revenue from unlicensed use.

Reveleer, a cloud-based risk adjustment and payer analytics platform and portfolio company of Oak HC/FT, has acquired Dynamic Healthcare Systems, a Santa Ana-based HCIT SaaS provider that offers member enrollment, risk adjustment analytics, and RAPS/EDPS submission capabilities. The acquisition integrates Dynamic's suspecting/targeting, enrollment management and submission functionality into Reveleer's platform to deliver an end-to-end risk adjustment and member management solution for Medicare, Medicaid and Exchange payers; terms were not disclosed.

Dura Software, a San Antonio-based acquirer and operator of hyper-niche software products, has acquired DB Technology, a workflow and process automation software company serving healthcare, retail and hospitality. DB Technology — founded in 1983 and based in Edison, New Jersey — will move its headquarters to San Antonio; Justin Brady has been named CEO and all employees will remain in their current locations.
