Dura Software, a San Antonio-based acquirer and operator of hyper-niche software products, has acquired DB Technology, a workflow and process automation software company serving healthcare, retail and hospitality. DB Technology — founded in 1983 and based in Edison, New Jersey — will move its headquarters to San Antonio; Justin Brady has been named CEO and all employees will remain in their current locations.

The deal implies an enterprise value of approximately CAD 11 million with a potential earn-out of up to CAD 4 million; Duroair (headquartered in Niagara Falls, Ontario) will continue to operate under its brand and has about 10 employees.
