Hyperion Materials & Technologies announced an agreement to acquire Dura-Metal Products Corporation, a Pennsylvania-based manufacturer of wear- and corrosion-resistant precision tools and components. Dura-Metal will join Hyperion’s Precision Solutions business unit to expand the platform’s large-component machining, grinding, EDM and finishing capabilities for end markets including aerospace, energy and medical.
