Crafts Technology will continue to be led by President and CEO Jeffrey Taylor, and Prairie Capital Advisors served as financial advisor to Crafts on the transaction.

ARCH Precision Components, a Madison Dearborn Partners portfolio company, has acquired Metalcraft Technologies Inv., LLC (MTI) of Cedar City, Utah as an add-on to expand ARCH's aerospace and defense manufacturing footprint. MTI, a 30+-year sheet metal fabrication and aircraft-components manufacturer operating roughly 150,000 sq. ft. across two facilities, brings additional sheet-metal fabrication, machining and surface-treatment capabilities to the ARCH platform.
