Shorehill Capital Acquires Estex Manufacturing

Shorehill Capital acquired Estex Manufacturing Company Incorporated (Estex), a Fairburn, Georgia–based maker of industrial sewn products, in late 2024. Shorehill said the partnership will support enhancements to manufacturing capacity, efficiency improvements and accelerated growth; financing was provided by Fidus Investment Corporation and legal counsel to Shorehill was Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP.
