Shorehill Capital Acquires Estex Manufacturing

Shorehill Capital acquired Estex Manufacturing Company Incorporated (Estex), a Fairburn, Georgia–based maker of industrial sewn products, in late 2024. Shorehill said the partnership will support enhancements to manufacturing capacity, efficiency improvements and accelerated growth; financing was provided by Fidus Investment Corporation and legal counsel to Shorehill was Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP.

River Associates Acquires ID Label, Inc.

River Associates Investments completed the acquisition of ID Label, Inc., a Lake Villa, Illinois-based manufacturer of variable-information barcode labels and warehouse signage. The transaction closed on November 15, 2024; River funded the buyout from its eighth fund (River VIII) and will operate ID Label as a platform with plans to pursue complementary add-on acquisitions.
