The deal expands Dealers Wholesale's Midwest presence and adds PBS's in-house fabrication and retrofit capabilities to Dealers Wholesale's existing portfolio, which includes ClearPath Connections.

Wellborn Forest (HCI Equity Partners) Acquires De Pere Cabinet, Inc.

Dura Supreme is a vertically integrated manufacturer of premium semi-custom and custom cabinetry based in Howard Lake, Minnesota; GHK said the investment will support the company's operating platform and accelerate strategic growth into new U.S. markets.
