The acquisition adds Vendorin’s Inroll supplier enrollment technology and integrated B2B payments network to Corcentric’s procurement and revenue management suite.

Epicor, a global provider of industry-specific ERP and cloud-enabled software serving more than 20,000 customers across manufacturing, distribution, and retail, will be led by a board chaired by CD&R Operating Partner Jeff Hawn as the firm pursues product investment and strategic acquisitions to accelerate growth.

Calian Group Acquires Decisive Group
