St. Cloud Capital made a growth capital investment in Sentinel Offender Services to support Sentinel’s acquisition of Omnilink Systems, a division of Sierra Wireless. The deal brings Omnilink’s OM500 GPS electronic monitoring technology into Sentinel’s product suite and DNA software platform to expand Sentinel’s capabilities and scale in the electronic monitoring market for government and corrections customers.
