Sprinturf Acquires GreenPlay Organics

Sprinturf, a Charleston, South Carolina–based artificial turf manufacturer, has acquired GreenPlay Organics, a New York–based maker and distributor of plant-based organic infill systems. The deal brings organic infill manufacturing capabilities and distribution into Sprinturf’s vertically integrated product offering while GreenPlay will continue to operate and supply the wider industry.
