(NYSE: USPH), through its 50%-owned subsidiary MSO Metro, LLC, acquired an 80% interest in an outpatient home care practice that provides physical, occupational and speech therapy and generates approximately $2.1 million in annual revenue. The current owners retain a 20% ownership stake. USPH said the acquisition expands its ability to provide home-based outpatient therapy services in the Northeast and extends its clinic-based offerings into homecare.
