Health Connect America, a Palladium Equity Partners‑backed behavioral health platform, has acquired Specialized Youth Services of Virginia, a private day school outside Richmond, VA. The deal is Health Connect America's sixth add-on in under two years and expands the company's KEYS Academy footprint and services in Virginia; financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition expands School Specialty’s product portfolio and procurement efficiencies for K-12 customers while both businesses operate independently during an integration period.

CentralReach Acquires SILAS to Add SEL and Behavior Solutions to Education Suite
