Circet USA has acquired SourceOne, a U.S.-based outside-plant (OSP) engineering and utility consulting firm, to strengthen its telecom engineering capabilities and deliver more integrated end-to-end network infrastructure solutions. SourceOne will continue to operate under its existing name and leadership, and the deal enhances Circet USA's ability to support broadband expansion, utility modernization, and government projects nationwide.

The acquisition expands Circet USA’s capacity and capabilities in fiber optic aerial/underground construction and fiber splicing to better serve national telecom and internet service providers.

Jensen Hughes Acquires FES Ghent (FESG)

Evergreen Services Group Acquires Kraft Enterprise Systems (KES)

KES will rebrand as KES Systems Solutions, LLC and operate independently within Evergreen's ERP partner portfolio, Pine Services Group, to accelerate product development and growth while continuing NetSuite implementation and post-go-live support services.

Forensic Engineering Services (FES) Acquires Scientific Analysis, Inc.

(SAI), a Dallas-based provider of accident reconstruction and forensic engineering services. The deal expands FES's technical capabilities and geographic footprint, combining SAI with existing operations (including WEXCO) under FES to build a larger forensic engineering services platform.

Hunting PLC Acquires Flexible Engineered Solutions (FES)

Hunting PLC has completed the acquisition of Flexible Engineered Solutions (FES), a UK-based supplier of subsea fluid transfer systems, for £50 million on a cash-free / debt-free basis. The deal, which sees FES integrated into Hunting's Subsea Technologies segment, strengthens Hunting's subsea product coverage and is expected to be earnings accretive in the first full year.
