Eagle Merchant Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Eskola Roofing & Waterproofing

Atlanta-based private equity firm Eagle Merchant Partners completed a majority equity investment in Eskola Roofing & Waterproofing, a commercial roofing and waterproofing contractor with locations in Tennessee and Kentucky. Founders Jon and Ben Eskola will remain in leadership roles and the partnership will support Eskola's expansion of services across the Southeast; Carl Franseen was named CFO as part of the transaction.

Quick Roofing, a portfolio company of Centre Partners, has combined with Excel Construction Group to create the leading roofing business in the Dallas–Fort Worth market and one of the largest roofing platforms nationally. The combined company operates more than 23 branches (10 in Texas), expands Quick Roofing’s re-roofing and water mitigation capabilities, and will retain Excel founder Felix Salinas on the leadership team.

Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration Acquires Bold North Roofing and Contracting

Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration, a Bertram Capital-backed roofing platform, has acquired Bold North Roofing and Contracting, a roofing and exterior services provider serving the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin. The add-on expands Ridgeline's Midwest footprint; founders Erik McLaughlin and Ryan Emmerich will continue to lead Bold North and are reinvesting in the platform. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The deal expands Valor's footprint into the Mid-Atlantic (Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey) and is the platform's fifth add-on since launching in September 2024.
