Eskola Roofing & Waterproofing, a Morristown, Tennessee-based commercial roofing platform backed by Eagle Merchant Partners, acquired three regional roofing contractors—Frontier Roofing, BBG Contracting Group, and Keating Roofing—to expand its footprint across the Southeastern and Southwestern United States. The add-on deals broaden Eskola's service coverage (now 22 locations across 11 states) and strengthen capabilities in commercial roofing, restoration and recurring maintenance for end markets such as education, healthcare and infrastructure.
