AddSecure, the Castik Capital-backed European provider of secure data and critical communications, has acquired Navkonzept GmbH, a German aftermarket telematics supplier of fleet management solutions. The deal strengthens AddSecure Smart Transport's presence in Germany, adds ~20,000 billable connections and increases the Smart Transport division's revenues as AddSecure integrates Navkonzept into its Smart Transport business.

AddSecure Acquires Clifford Group to Enter Connected Mobility IoT Vertical

AddSecure (Connexas) Acquires RTL Telematics
