AddSecure, the Castik Capital‑backed European provider of secure IoT and critical communications solutions, has acquired UK‑based Connexas Group to expand its Smart Transport footprint in the UK. The acquisition adds roughly €25M of annual revenue and 100,000 billable connections, strengthening AddSecure’s fleet and transport management capabilities across Europe.

AddSecure, a Stockholm-based provider of secure IoT connectivity and majority-owned by funds managed by Castik Capital, has acquired Swiss telematics and fleet management provider LOSTnFOUND (fleet.tech). The deal expands AddSecure's footprint into Switzerland and Austria, strengthens its transport and logistics offering in the DACH region, and adds complementary telematics, tracking and sales/marketing capabilities to the group.

AddSecure Acquires Connecting Solutions BV

AddSecure has acquired Belgium-based Connecting Solutions BV (and its subsidiary Business Track Netherlands) and will integrate the business into its Traxgo brand within the Smart Mobility unit. The deal expands Traxgo's telematics and fleet-management footprint in Belgium and the Netherlands, adding customers and distributor channels to AddSecure's connected-mobility offering.
