Hub International Limited acquired CAPAX Management and Insurance Services, Inc., a Modesto, California-based insurance brokerage and employee benefits consulting firm. Terms were not disclosed; CAPAX will join Hub California with CAPAX President Joel Geddes III reporting to Michael Der Manouel, strengthening Hub’s capabilities in captive solutions and the Central California agribusiness market.

Hitachi Acquires GlobalLogic

Hitachi, Ltd., through its U.S. subsidiary Hitachi Global Digital Holdings (HGDH), acquired GlobalLogic, a Silicon Valley–headquartered digital engineering services firm, in a transaction announced March 31, 2021 and completed July 14, 2021. The deal valued GlobalLogic at $8.5 billion of equity ($9.5 billion enterprise value) and expands Hitachi's Lumada digital solutions capabilities by adding GlobalLogic's ~21,000 engineering and design professionals.

Capgemini Acquires Cloud4C

Capgemini announced the closing of its acquisition of Cloud4C, a provider of automation-driven managed services for hybrid, private, public and sovereign cloud environments. The approximately 1,600-strong Cloud4C team and its AI/hyper-automation platforms will expand Capgemini's cloud managed services, bolster its generative AI and AIOps capabilities, and accelerate the Group’s SAP (including RISE with SAP) offerings.

Auctus Technologies Acquires H3 Solutions Inc.

Hitachi Vantara Acquires Io-Tahoe
