DaySmart Software has acquired Time To Pet, a pet care business management software provider based in Austin, Texas. The deal brings pet sitting and dog-walking capabilities (scheduling, GPS tracking, invoicing and payments) into DaySmart's vertically focused pet care platform to complement its grooming, daycare and veterinary offerings.

Dash Platform serves more than 425 locations across the U.S. and Canada and its Dash Member mobile app is used by millions; DaySmart said the acquisition will accelerate product development and customer success for these new verticals.

LLR Partners and Parthenon Capital completed a growth-oriented recapitalization of DaySmart Software, acquiring the Ann Arbor-based provider of vertically-focused business management software for salons, pet care, spas and tattoo studios from SFW Capital Partners. The recapitalization is intended to fund product investment, accelerate organic growth and enable complementary acquisitions while DaySmart remains led by CEO Jeff Dickerson.
