DaySmart Software Acquires Vetter Software

DaySmart Software has acquired Redwood City-based Vetter Software, a provider of cloud-based veterinary practice management software that serves approximately 1,400 veterinary practices. The Vetter team, including founder Sagi Solomon, will join DaySmart as full-time employees as DaySmart expands its pet services platform and product capabilities for veterinarians, groomers and kennel facilities.

Dash Platform serves more than 425 locations across the U.S. and Canada and its Dash Member mobile app is used by millions; DaySmart said the acquisition will accelerate product development and customer success for these new verticals.
