Thoma Bravo has agreed to acquire Greenphire, a King of Prussia, Pennsylvania–based leader in financial lifecycle management software for clinical trials, from The Riverside Company in a strategic growth investment. The deal (expected to close in Q2 2021) will support Greenphire’s product innovation and global expansion; financial terms were not disclosed.
