Wiz Acquires Dazz for $450M to Expand Cloud Security Remediation and Posture Management

Wiz has acquired Dazz in a cash-and-share deal valued at $450 million to add remediation and attack-surface/posture-management capabilities to its cloud security platform. Dazz will continue to operate as a separate entity while being integrated into Wiz’s stack to deliver a more comprehensive 360-degree risk and remediation offering for developer and enterprise customers.

NetApp Acquires CloudJumper

Dura Software Acquires Fenestrae

The deal is Dura's tenth acquisition as it expands its portfolio of hyper-niche SaaS products; Justin Brady (CEO of Dura portfolio company DB Technology) will lead Fenestrae during the transition.

Databricks Acquires Arcion
