Bristol ID Technologies Acquires Plastic Printing Professionals (P3) from Document Security Systems

Bristol ID Technologies, a Lima, New York-based card manufacturer, has acquired Plastic Printing Professionals, Inc. (P3), a plastics/card-printing division of Document Security Systems (DSS) headquartered in Brisbane, California. The deal (announced by Pillsman Partners, a private investment firm associated with Bristol ID) expands Bristol ID's plastics production and advanced security-feature capabilities, integrating P3's equipment and expertise into Bristol ID's R&D and manufacturing roadmap.

Medix Biochemica Group Acquires Bioresource Technology (BRT)

Medix Biochemica has acquired a 100% stake in US-based Bioresource Technology (BRT) to expand its base matrix capabilities and strengthen its presence in the United States. Resource Label Group, a Franklin, Tennessee-based label and packaging consolidator, has acquired Milpitas, California-based Teklabel (Tek Label and Printing, Inc.) to expand its West Coast presence. The deal is the twentieth acquisition for Resource Label and brings Teklabel's digital and flexographic label and flexible packaging capabilities into the RLG platform, with Teklabel's founders remaining in leadership roles.
