Bristol ID Technologies Acquires Plastic Printing Professionals (P3) from Document Security Systems

Bristol ID Technologies, a Lima, New York-based card manufacturer, has acquired Plastic Printing Professionals, Inc. (P3), a plastics/card-printing division of Document Security Systems (DSS) headquartered in Brisbane, California. The deal (announced by Pillsman Partners, a private investment firm associated with Bristol ID) expands Bristol ID's plastics production and advanced security-feature capabilities, integrating P3's equipment and expertise into Bristol ID's R&D and manufacturing roadmap.

Magicard, headquartered in Weymouth, England, reported forecasted 2021 sales of about GBP 23 million and will add rigid-card printing and encoding capabilities to Brady's product portfolio while benefiting from Brady's global distribution footprint.
