Authentix has acquired Singapore-based Strategic IP Information Pte Ltd (SIPI), a provider of online brand protection, IP monitoring and anti-counterfeiting enforcement services. The acquisition expands Authentix’s digital security and brand-protection capabilities by adding SIPI’s Veri‑Site platform, regional investigation and offline enforcement capabilities, while SIPI will remain a stand-alone operating entity within the Authentix group.

Spectra Systems Corporation Acquires Cartor Security Printers

Bristol ID Technologies Acquires Plastic Printing Professionals (P3) from Document Security Systems

Bristol ID Technologies, a Lima, New York-based card manufacturer, has acquired Plastic Printing Professionals, Inc. (P3), a plastics/card-printing division of Document Security Systems (DSS) headquartered in Brisbane, California. The deal (announced by Pillsman Partners, a private investment firm associated with Bristol ID) expands Bristol ID's plastics production and advanced security-feature capabilities, integrating P3's equipment and expertise into Bristol ID's R&D and manufacturing roadmap.

NEC Software Solutions UK Acquires Capita Secure Solutions and Services

NEC Software Solutions UK (part of NEC Corporation) agreed to acquire Capita Secure Solutions and Services (SSS), a Chippenham‑based provider of public‑safety software, radio managed services and support services, from Capita plc in a transaction announced October 1, 2021. The deal (reported at £62 million) is intended to expand NEC’s emergency‑services and justice sector offering and combine complementary technology and service capabilities, subject to customary approvals.
