Cortec Group Growth Recapitalizes Goettl Home Services

Cortec Group (via Cortec Fund VII) completed a growth recapitalization of Goettl Home Services on December 10, 2021, partnering with CEO Ken Goodrich and his management team. The deal, in which Baum Capital Partners sold Goettl, will provide capital and support for Goettl’s organic growth and a pipeline of regional HVAC and plumbing add-on acquisitions across the Southwestern United States.

Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing, a portfolio company of Baum Capital Partners, has acquired Will's All Pro Plumbing & Air Conditioning, a San Antonio-based plumbing and HVAC services provider. The deal expands Goettl's footprint into the San Antonio market and will keep plumbing services under the Will's All Pro name while introducing the Goettl brand to the region.

Goettl Home Services, a portfolio company of Baum Capital Partners, completed the acquisitions of Dayton A/C & Heating LLC dba Dayton Services and Dynamic Air Services, Inc., expanding its footprint into the Austin–San Antonio metroplex in Texas and Orange County, California. Both targets are small, founder-led residential HVAC and plumbing service providers that will operate as add-ons to Goettl's platform to support geographic expansion and scale operations.

United Air Temp Recapitalizes Bullseye Home Services
