QLE Ventures Acquires Kobe Digital

QLE Ventures, an investment fund and operating entity focused on digital marketing and IT companies, has acquired Los Angeles-based digital agency Kobe Digital. TobinLeff served as M&A advisor to Kobe Digital; founder Arya Bina said the deal will link Kobe with complementary partners to grow its client base and capabilities.
