98point6 Technologies has acquired the remaining assets of Bright.md to accelerate the launch of an asynchronous care module within its virtual care platform. The acquisition adds Bright.md’s asynchronous clinical workflow and intake technology to 98point6’s AI-powered licensed software offering, expanding capability for health systems and other provider customers.
