Heska Corporation Acquires Lacuna Diagnostics

Heska Corporation announced an agreement to acquire 100% of Lacuna Diagnostics, a Fort Collins–based developer of point-of-care digital cytology and telemedicine pathology services for the veterinary market. The acquisition gives Heska immediate specialty clinical services capabilities — including a digital telemedicine cytology platform and an expert network of pathologists — and is intended to expand Heska's product and revenue streams to better serve veterinary customers.
