Cancer Diagnostics, Inc. (CDI), a Durham, North Carolina-based anatomic pathology products manufacturer, has acquired Anatech Ltd., a Battle Creek, Michigan-based supplier and manufacturer of anatomical pathology products. The acquisition expands CDI’s manufacturing capabilities, product offerings and control over production while Anatech will continue operating from its existing Battle Creek facility.
