Hampton Lumber Mills has agreed to acquire RedBuilt, an engineered wood-based structural systems manufacturer, from Atlas Holdings. The sale — expected to close in Q1 2024 — expands Hampton's capabilities into value-added engineered wood products and integrates RedBuilt's four manufacturing plants and design centers into Hampton's operations; terms were not disclosed.
