Hammond Lumber Company, a family-owned building materials retailer based in Belgrade, Maine, has acquired Brock's Building Materials, a third-generation, family-owned dealer in Rochester, New Hampshire. The acquisition expands Hammond into New Hampshire, adds Brock's employees to Hammond's workforce, and will operate the Rochester location as part of Hammond's existing branch network.
