Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., through its U.S. wholesale brokerage division Risk Placement Services (RPS), has acquired El Paso-based wholesale broker and MGA Litchfield Special Risks, Inc. Financial terms were not disclosed. Litchfield specializes in transportation and property/casualty solutions for retail agents in Texas and the Southwest; Bill Brenton and his team will remain in place reporting to Ash Thomas of RPS.
