YFM Equity Partners Backs Buyout of Resulting IT

YFM Equity Partners has invested £9.3 million from its Buyout Fund II to support a management buyout of Resulting IT, an independent UK SAP consultancy. The backing (part of a broader c.£24m buy-out) will fund Resulting IT’s growth plans, expanding its UK presence and entering new sectors while building on its client roster that includes the NHS and Transport for London.

One Equity Partners (OEP) has completed the acquisition of York Telecom Corporation (Yorktel), a global managed services and systems integrator specializing in enterprise collaboration and AI-based monitoring; financial terms were not disclosed. Headquartered in Wall, New Jersey and founded in 1985, Yorktel has over 500 employees and will partner with OEP to grow organically, pursue strategic acquisitions, and expand its Modern Workplace and collaboration offerings.
