OSF Digital has acquired Original Shift, a U.S.-based Salesforce partner specializing in Salesforce CPQ and Billing, to establish a Salesforce Revenue Cloud practice and expand its multi‑cloud capabilities. The acquisition strengthens OSF's position in the communications, media, and technology verticals and adds Original Shift's quote‑to‑cash expertise to OSF's portfolio; terms were not disclosed.

North Square Investments' CS McKee Acquires Foundry Partners

North Square Investments, through its majority-owned affiliate CS McKee, has acquired Foundry Partners and will merge Foundry into CS McKee. The deal adds approximately $2.3 billion of assets under management to CS McKee and includes a leadership transition in which Foundry's Timothy Ford will assume the CEO role at CS McKee.

Infosys Acquires Simplus, Leading Salesforce Platinum Partner

Infosys announced a definitive agreement to acquire Simplus, a Salesforce Platinum Partner headquartered in Salt Lake City, to strengthen its enterprise cloud and Salesforce capabilities and expand its presence in the United States and Australia. The acquisition, expected to close in Infosys' fiscal Q4 2020, adds Simplus' expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Billing, implementation, integration and managed services along with offices across North America, Australia, the UK and a delivery center in Manila.

The Upstate Interactive team will join Foundry and their capabilities will be integrated into Foundry's staking and digital-asset infrastructure services to expand product and service offerings for institutional clients.
