Clean Harbors Acquires HydroChemPSC from Littlejohn & Co. for $1.25 Billion

Clean Harbors, Inc. completed the acquisition of HydroChemPSC (HPC), a U.S. provider of industrial cleaning, specialty maintenance and utilities services, from an affiliate of Littlejohn & Co. for $1.25 billion in cash. The transaction — financed with existing cash and proceeds from a new $1.0 billion incremental term loan — expands Clean Harbors' industrial services capabilities and creates cross-selling and margin-improvement opportunities across refining, chemical and utilities end markets.

PSC Group Acquires Delta Petroleum Company

PSC Group, a portfolio company of private equity firm TJC LP, has acquired Delta Petroleum Company from Greif, Inc. The add-on expands PSC’s specialty chemical filling, warehousing and shipping capabilities across key petrochemical markets including Houston, Baton Rouge and Cincinnati, and brings Delta’s employees into PSC’s operations.

Trimac Transportation Acquires Service Transport Company

Trimac Transportation has acquired Service Transport Company (STC), a Houston-based chemical tank carrier, effective Oct. 1, 2025. The deal expands Trimac's chemical hauling footprint across the U.S. Gulf Coast by adding STC's fleet, 16 locations, four tank wash facilities and roughly 400 employees.

The JF Petroleum Group Acquires Assets of Star Construction Inc. and SCI Petroleum Inc.

The JF Petroleum Group has acquired the assets of Star Construction Inc. and SCI Petroleum Inc., relocating those assets to its Charleston, South Carolina Dykstra Construction branch. The deal brings former owner Brian Starer and licensed master electrician Brett Barnes into JF's Dykstra Construction leadership team and expands JF's installation, construction, and electrical capabilities in the Southeast.

HEPACO Acquires PetroChem Recovery Services

HEPACO, a Gryphon Investors-backed emergency response and environmental services platform, has acquired PetroChem Recovery Services from Succession Capital Partners. The Norfolk, Virginia-based PetroChem will expand HEPACO's emergency response and environmental remediation capabilities and geographic coverage in the Mid-Atlantic; terms were not disclosed.

Petroleum Service Corporation (PSC) Acquires Fryoux Tankerman Service

Petroleum Service Corporation (PSC), a portfolio company of Aurora Capital Partners, has signed an agreement to acquire certain assets of Fryoux Tankerman Service and will absorb Fryoux's shoreside tankerman operations along the U.S. Gulf Coast. The transaction expands PSC's Gulf Coast footprint and personnel capacity to better serve refineries, terminals and petrochemical customers; Jimmy Fryoux will join PSC's marine operations team as an advisor.
