Capstone Mining Corp. and Mantos Copper (Bermuda) Limited completed a plan of arrangement to combine into a newly named public company, Capstone Copper Corp., headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. The share exchange left former Old Capstone shareholders with 60.2% of the combined company and former Mantos shareholders with 39.8%, creating an Americas-focused copper producer with expanded scale and production growth potential.
