SIGNA Sports United (SSU) completed its business combination with Yucaipa and began trading on the NYSE, and in conjunction finalized the acquisition of the WiggleCRC Group (Wiggle and Chain Reaction Cycles). The acquisition bolsters SSU’s bike category leadership and geographic footprint, creating what the company calls the world’s largest online bike platform.
