StackCommerce, the commerce-and-content platform backed by TPG’s Integrated Media, has acquired BrandCycle, an affiliate and influencer management platform that connects publishers and creators with major retailers and brands. The deal adds BrandCycle’s network of thousands of influencers and relationships with more than 500 retailers to StackCommerce’s publishing and merchant services, expanding its creator-commerce and affiliate capabilities.

Muhr und Bender (Mubea) Acquires Cyclone Manufacturing Inc.

Muhr und Bender KG (Mubea) has signed an agreement to acquire Canadian aerospace parts manufacturer Cyclone Manufacturing Inc. from Andrew Sochaj and his family. Cyclone — with roughly 700 employees across Canada and Poland and approx. CAD 120 million in sales (FY22/23) — will be integrated into Mubea's Aviation Division to expand Mubea's production capabilities in larger components and assemblies and broaden its aerospace customer base.

Dimmitt Automotive Group Acquires Cycle Springs Powersports

Groupe Bruxelles Lambert Acquires Majority Stake in Canyon Bicycles

Groupe Bruxelles Lambert (GBL) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Canyon Bicycles GmbH, with minority investor TSG Consumer Partners fully exiting. Founder Roman Arnold will remain as Chairman of the Advisory Board and reinvest alongside GBL, while Tony Fadell (via Future Shape) will co-invest to support product and service growth as Canyon pursues expansion in e-bikes and international markets.
